How do I update Fire App Easily

Is there a straightforward way to update to Logos 9 on my Fire HD8? I'm pretty certain if I uninstall and redownload the app it will update, but for my iOS device there was a fast simple update. I was wondering if there was anything comparable available for Fire.

What version of Android are you using?

That might be why you are not seeing it, since I have confirmed with my team that it has been released by Amazon and is available for download.

My 8th gen Fire 8 is running an Android 9 based OS after an update a few weeks ago - and before that was running 7.1. And yet I have not yet received the update from Amazon - although when I look at their store, it does say they are selling version 9 now. My desktop updated to 9 since I am in Connect.

I am sure that Amazon will choose to update the app "soon", but it hasn't come in yet.

I have a Fire HD8 Tablet it is running Fire OS 7.3.1.6. The latest information that I have is that an update was installed. However, the version of that update I am unable to determine. Factbook is present which leads me to the opinion that Logos 9 mobile has been installed. Is there a place in settings where you can determine the version Logos is running?

No need to reply, I found the answer. Help? has a section called Version which records the version I'm running which is 9!
