I'm in a hotel with a plug in internet link and I just purchased Logos 4. I have XP and all I get is a runtime error when I attempt to download it. After I failed several attempts, I chose to save it to my desktop thinking it would make a difference but it didn't. Could someone please tell me why I can't download my new product?
