Which new Wordsearch resources would you like to see first?

It's available as an Ebook. Depending on the resource, it may be available later as a Logos edition.
I think a lot of anguish could have been spared by distinguishing between provisional and completed forms of availability. Similarly, it also might be helpful to know from the catalog/library web pages if a WS resource was mapped to an existing resource, or produced as a new one. At migration time, "Available" initially referred to existing Logos resources to which WS modules were being mapped, but now it's a nebulous and perhaps confusing term.
Currently, the status "Available" refers to three distinct groups of resources: those that have been made available in a better-then-nothing provisional ebook format; those that have been completed through the hard work of the good folks at Faithlife (whether in ebook, LReader, or LResearch format); and those that were available in Logos at the time of the WS buyout.
It might be helpful to change the status value on the new-to-Logos available WS resources to either "Completed" or "Provisional" to make it clear to all how much work Faithlife has been doing on this, and whether an existing (i.e. available) resource is in its intended final state, or still being perfected.

- One program I greatly miss from Wordsearch is Adult Questions for Lessonmaker. I see adult questions for lessonmaker index but not the full program. When I can that back?

Welcome to the forums ... don't expect answers to "when" questions ... the forums are primarily user-to-user. Welcome [:D]
New Faithlife feedback has 8 votes for => LESSONmaker with status of "In Progress" and comment by Faithlife 23 days ago
The LESSONmaker Adult Questions (and all other LESSONmaker resources) will be coming to Logos: https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/catalog
We're not yet certain how we'll handle the functionality of building a lesson plan by copying-and-pasting questions to a document editor within the software. It may be replaced by copying resource content to Microsoft Word or any other third-party document editor.
Faithlife feedback has 7 votes => Adult Questions for LESSONMaker with status of "Planned"
Caveat: new feedback website needs a separate login so please vote => Add the feedback website to the Faithlife SSO system that has 9 votes.

[:$] Long time Mac users can remember waiting history on Logos Wiki => Mac Release Notes and History that includes:
Logos Blog 13 Feb 2007 update included “And there is no good answer to the question I’m asked almost daily: When?”
Initial Logos for Mac 1 shipped on 5 Dec 2008 (with ongoing corporate lesson learned to usually leave public "When ?" question unanswered as earlier estimate of 21 Jun 2006 for Mac software shipping was overly optimistic by ~2.5 years)

Thankful for recent Faithlife reply on 19 Feb 2021 about Wordsearch resource conversion that included:
Kyle G. Anderson said:For titles that we didn't carry we've been actively making them available in the Logos platform and improving their functionality and continue to do so. On February 16, we pushed out/updated over 200 titles and we're gearing up for another batch on March 3. In the last three days we've prepped 34 titles and that number will continue to grow over the next 12 days. As of this morning we have over 900 titles that are either in the process of being upgraded from ePubs into Logos Research editions. Most of these are your commentaries, Bibles, encyclopedias, etc.

I keep looking for Life Application Bible Notes to be moved over from my Wordsearch books to Logos. Don't even see it on the list of things still to happen. The Life Application Bible Notes in my Logos seem to only a list of the headings or titles of the notes, but not the verse by verse (more or less) notes from the Life Application Study Bible in Wordsearch.

It should be listed under 0:69 at https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/catalog
It's currently available as an Ebook that was autoconverted from Wordsearch and doesn't have all the Logos tagging. Since it is a Study Bible Notes resource, I expect that it will be upgraded to a full Logos edition.

Still counting the days until the Fire Bible is released. By a large margin, this has been my most requested and anticipated Logos resource for over a decade now.

Do we have any updates on the Life Application Study Bible Notes or Holman OT Commentary? I noticed that they still aren't up for PreOrder yet.
Thx

I am surprised at the number of resources in my library are still in progress. Any estimate to when the transfer will be complete?
0 -
There won't be an estimate, but there are updates, for example see https://community.logos.com/forums/p/198627/1160218.aspx so work is ongoing.

Please prioritize the Treasure series from Rod Mattoon.

Dear Faithlife/Logos:
I already contacted Lifeway WordSearch regarding this matter but they have not contacted me back.It has been said that WordSearch is transferring WordSearch Library to Logos Bible Software. Currently WordSearch Library includes a special KJV Bible which makes it easier to read with the headings all throughout the Bible.I was told that because Logos already has the KJV Bible, they will not transfer the WordSearch KJV over since it is the same KJV.But here is the misunderstanding. The WordSearch KJV Bible is much better because it includes headings. The Logos KJV does not have any headings and it is harder to read. Please take the time to compare both KJV texts before making a final decision.I am making an urgent appeal that this specific WordSearch KJV Bible will also be transferred to Logos since it is part of the WordSearch Library. Logos Bible Software has only one KJV and it does not include any headings whatsoever. This WordSearch KJV Bible makes a great reading and study Bible and would be an asset for the Logos Library. Please prayerfully consider this urgent and special request. Here is the information:
WordSearch KJV Number: 005619461
https://app.wordsearchbible.lifeway.com/library/title/ 005619461 I am making an urgent appeal that this specific WordSearch KJV Bible will also be transferred to Logos since it is part of the WordSearch Library.
https://app.wordsearchbible.lifeway.com/library/title/ 005619461 Here is my original request:
I have been reading and studying from the KJV in WordSearch and it is truly an amazing tool, especially with the headings (see below for an example).I know you are transferring all the titles over to Logos Bible Software, however, I heard that this specific KJV Bible from WordSearch will not be transferred over.Currently, Logos has only one KJV Bible and it does not include ANY headings at all.In fact, it is harder to read without the headings/subheadings.The WordSearch KJV would be an asset to Logos and a valuable resource.I was hoping to see this WordSearch KJV Bible transferred to Logos because it would be very beneficial to many.Is there a way to escalate this urgent and special request? It would greatly appreciated. Also, is there a way to purchase a PDF WordSearch KJV Bible with this format?I don't want to lose access to use this specific KJV from the WordSearch website. How can you help me with this problem?
Thank you.Sincerely,CurtisPS: Here is the specific WordSearch KJV Bible info below.WordSearch KJV Number: 005619461Link:Please view the attach screen shots.0 -
Logos offers the KJV 1769 edition, the 1873 edition, the 1900 edition, the NKJV, and the 2014 MEV. Out of all these MT and TR versions, only the MEV has the headings you desire.
It would be nice to bring in the WS KJV with the headings to assist in Bible study.

Actually, going by Gen 1 only, the MEV headings fall very short of the headings in Curtis' KJV edition, which look a lot like those in Webster's edition of the KJV:

Hello,
Any idea when the rest of Swindoll’s Living Insights New Testament Commentary will make it to Logos research status? Thank you again for all your effort.

curious about this. I’ve had McArthur’s since probably November at least. However i miss the Wordsearch functionality. Though it appeared in the library as multiple volumes, if I opened the Luke Commentary, synced it tiny bible and then jumped to Romans, Revelation or 2 Timothy, the Mcarthur’s would follow me there.
Also missing having both of my Mounce Word Studies available. Kind of giving up hope on that end.

MultiView Resources allows a Series to be selected. Changing Bible location causes Series change of resource to corresponding location.
Screen shot shows Lexham English Bible (LEB) configured with MacArthur series for MultiView Resources. Top LEB tab has location of Luke 1, followed by duplicating Tab, dragging to desired location, then change to Romans 10 (clicked on MultiView to show series for screen shot).
MultiView allows commentary to be scrolled without changing Bible location.

You could also link them. If they are in the same series, which they should be, then if you have them linked to the same letter they will move as well. When you are in your resource, click on the kabob 3-dot whatever they call it thingy and link them both to the same lettered set.

Logos finally finished the Wordsearch "Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary of the English Language 1913." The problem is that it will not function as a dictionary but rather goes to supplementary chapters and will not give the actual definitions which is the primary function of a software dictionary. I was very disappointed since I have waited for many months to see this appear in my Logos library. I have sent an email to Logos asking if there are special settings that I do not know about to make the dictionary function but have received no answer other than the automated response. I hope the fix comes soon.

https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/catalog says that this resource is still an "Ebook", which doesn't have full functionality. It should function as you expect when it's updated to a Logos Edition.

I do have MacArthur's linked to the set. In order for it to work I'd have to open every commentary into its own tab. That's not desireable. But thanks again.

Thanks, I haven't had a lot of time to spend getting to learn the Logos interface. Just the minimum amount to try and keep my workflow going. I'll have to research this and see if it is a dedicated workspace or whether I can morph it into my usual template.
Thanks again...

You may want to call support then. I just tested it by linking my Bible and one volume of MNTC. Both were on set A and 2 Corinthians. I moved my Bible to another book and the commentary followed

It's looking good to be delivered in August. The process of updating it is done and we're in the final prep stages to push it out to owners.

Thank you Kyle. This resource has very bad function in wordsearch that I almost have not used it being acustmed to the Logos functional. But I am very glad to see it now functioning as the standard function of the Logos quality Software. I wonder seeing some complain about the function of Logos Software . From about 25yrs I had the Quickverse Library after that when Quicverse moved to Wordsearch I had my Quickverse Library in Wordsearch. I would recommend for the complaints to train themselves by subscribing to MP Seminar. If they do that then they will be speachless to admire Logos. Thank you again Faithlife for the time and energy you invest to make the software better Incessantly.
Blessings in Christ.

There are Facebook groups that will help with that process.
However you are posting on a two year old thread.

Hi Danny
If you ask for advice in the General forum there will be folk who can help mitigate that problem.
Best if you tell them what Operating System you are using and confirm that you are on the latest version of Logos.
