Any plans to unify the highlighting palette between desktop Dark Mode and mobile Low Light mode?
I'm super happy that the desktop program now has Dark Mode, but now I've run into an issue with how this has been implemented on the desktop program compared to the mobile app.
My understand is the mobile app was a quick and dirty implementation for dark mode. Meaning it was a simple inversion of the colors to get it work. The desktop dark mode is mostly a properly implemented version.
The different implementation methods is causing a problem with the way highlights appear. I can either get it working well on the desktop program and it look horrible on the mobile app or vice versa.
Are there any plans to implement the same dark mode settings on mobile as the desktop app? Having a consistent highlighting on desktop and mobile would be greatly appreciated.
Here's an example.

Ouch, sorry about that! Couple of questions, I think this is on Android, correct? And you are using the stock highlighting palettes?

You're correct that this was on an Android device. I'm using a custom highlighting palette. I notice that if I use the stock solid color highlights that the result is much better. The confusing issue is if set my custom palette to what appears to be the same color as the stock solid color highlight, the results are not the same.
It would be nice to either be able to duplicate the stock palette option or be able to select a color in the custom palette that gives the same visual result as the stock palette.
The reason I have the custom palette is so I can name the highlight style whatever I want.
Let me know if additional details would be helpful.
