Quickstart for Logos 9 Not Playing on my Mac

The videos play on my desktop PC but they will not play on my MacBook Air. When you click on the video is shows a length of 0:00.  Any idea what is going on?

    btw, I can play the Quickstart for Logos 8 videos on my Mac with no problem...
