But when I go to https://app.logos.com/ I cannot find Counseling Guide.

This thread https://community.logos.com/forums/t/195124.aspx does not mention the Counseling Guide. So probably the mistake is that https://www.logos.com/features/counseling-guide mislabeled it as Full functionality.

We don't yet have the Counseling Guide in the web app. You can find the corresponding topics, key articles, and passages in Factbook in the meantime, though.

Thanks. I also see that the wording in https://www.logos.com/features/counseling-guide is also fixed.
