The Reason I Went for the Starter Feature Upgrade ...
... because for those of us who don't use the Sermon\Counselling tools, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot else in the way of new features and improvements to core study features as far as I can see.
L8 brought a whole bunch of new and useful study tools e.g. Canvas and so on, but this release seems quite light in this regard.
It depends on workflow of course, and the Logos community covers a wide range of use cases, but I'm a little surprised not to find more upgrades and improvments to the core Tools\Guides this time round. I do hope those who use the Sermon tools get a lot of use from them as you minister the Word regularly.
No matter - the absence of tempting new features made my purchase decision a lot easier (and cheaper)

Did you see information on the Bible Books Explorer - which has some really nice capabiltiles? But it is only available in Silver up.
Some information is at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049867311-Bible-Books-Explorer

I upgraded to Silver just for Carta resources. It was definitely worth the jump in price. Even though the feature upgrades were lighter for a layleader this go around I still feel it's a good value up to the silver level.

It looks interesting for sure, but upgrading to Silver to acquire it didn't seem like good value, especially since the Feature upgrades don't seem to be discounted.
