Charged international transaction fee when i bought Logos package and books

I live in Australia and recently I bought Logos 9 software package but I was charged an international transaction fee and this took away the money which I was trying to save. How can I solve this.

    The interaction fee was charged by whatever means of payment you used (credit card, Paypal), not by Faithlife, so I don't think there's really anything Faithlife can do.

    Hi Nokuthula Sibanda - I think SineNomine is right. 

    I also live in Australia (God's own country) and using a credit card to pay normally involves an international charge. This is because although the Logos Bible Software website can display Australian dollars, you are buying the product in American dollars - so it is an international transaction.

    One good thing (so far at least) is that Faithlife doesn't charge you GST on the purchase of Logos packages and books. This is something the Australian Government is trying to push with foreign online transactions, so lets hope that doesn't happen in future when buying Logos resources!   Keep well Paul
