Logos 9 is not preserving the window size of my layouts

Since I upgraded to Logos 9 the customized sizes of my windows layouts is not being preserved. Is this a bug?

    More details. A screenshot before and after would help.

    Is it individual  panels in the layout or the overall Logos window size? How are you loading the layout when you restart Logos (from Program Settings)? Or does the problem arise when you manually save and load the layout?

    Logos is saving the panels but not the size or position of the window as it did under Logos 8. I have Logos start up to a blank layout. However, the layouts are not even being preserved in the same Session.

    I am not having any problems and as my layouts are sized for various partial screen shots, I would notice.  Please post screen shots so we can see what you are seeing and figure out what is going on.
