UI Bug: Popups showing on Homepage (MAC/Desktop)

The problem: The Resource "Find" popup shows on top when the homepage is opened. You can also get many other popups to show on top when you open them and use the "show home keyboard shortcut > SHIFT + CMD + H"

    This is a long-standing problem that FL—to the best of my recollection—has not even acknowledged. It does not exist solely on the Home Page, but on many floating windows, and sometimes even on the Finder.
