Lost the view options in the Add Image window after uploading an image

I'm working through Morris Proctor's videos about the new features in Logos 9, now on the "Add Image" to Notes feature.  All was going well, until now.  The only thing I can think of that might have triggered this is that I uploaded an image (a map that I had downloaded from Wikipedia/Wikimedia Commons).  The upload seemed successful; I saw that the image went into "Your Media."  When I closed the "Add Image" window to continue following Mo's instructional video, and then reopened it, the first screenshot below is what I see.  There are no visible images, and I don't see a way to change the view options or the filter facets.

I clicked on the tag "map" and got the second screenshot below.  It looks like there is a placeholder for the image (horizontal bar with "Image" in it), but no actual image.

What have I done?  And how can I get back the Add Media functionality?  I've tried restarting the program, no luck.  Thanks in advance for any assistance!

What's your screen resolution (in pixels)? And do you have any kind of OS or Program Scaling enabled?

We have some known issues with the image picker on small screens, which may be the underlying cause of this problem. I'll add a link to this thread to the case.

Aha!  I did have Program Scaling on to 150%.  When I go back to 100%, the Add Image window is back to normal.  Whew!  Thank you!

    I'm using a 21.5" monitor, resolution 1920 x 1080.

I have a 14inch laptop screen and I see the same view as the screenshots above. I'm also going through the MPSeminars "What's new in Logos 9" videos and couldn't figure out why my screen looked NOTHING like Morris Proctor's screen. I have Logos Program Scaling at 80% and Content Scaling at 120% (I had to change it to that since the Logos 8 launch for it to look normal).

My default Windows display settings are:

I also don't seem to have the ability to add an image from a URL address, or at least I haven't yet been able to figure out how to do that. There just doesn't seem to be an option for it.

As I'm typing this I realized that if I set my Windows scaling to 100% instead of 125% in Windows settings the problem goes away and I get the same view as Morris Proctor. Now I can see the option to add an image from a URL. However, that scaling is too small for me to see everything else on my laptop so I can't leave that setting there.

I know you already have an open case but just wanted to add my feedback.

Just changed my program scaling to 100% and that gave me the same look as Morris on his Logos 9 changes seminars.

I've updated to 9.3 and this is still a problem for me. Is there any progress on this issue? Can we hope to see a fix in 9.4?

I still have this scaling issue with the Add Image to Note window in 9.9. Is there any update on progress toward fixing this?
