Logos 9: Personal books issue with dark mode

Ok, the problem here I is only for new books. My old books that I uploaded before logos 9 was purchased all work in dark mode with white text. But I am assuming the ones that are new only seem to not convert to white text in dark mode. Not sure why. I tried restarting the app but it did not solve the problem. And then, when I go to rebuild the book, I get this error:

This error is independent of the book content and just tells you that some Logos process - most often the indexer, but it could be another - is accessing the prior-built PB and thus it can't replace it with the new one. Usually this goes away by restarting Logos (in spite of what the error message says, it never worked for me closing any panels - and I haven't heard of anyone with a good idea here. Restarting Logos it is) - I'm surprised this didn't fix it, maybe you were trying so fast that the indexer was still running?  

Regarding PBs under dark mode I have no experience, sorry.

hmm yeah, I don't know. I guess i will wait for tech to help or some update.
