Resources missing from mobile app
There are several resources missing from the library in my L9 mobile app versus the library in the web/desktop apps. I can’t figure out what’s going on.
Example:
I own the Ancient Christian Commentary. If I type ACCS in the web App library search bar, it finds 30 results. if I run the same search in the mobile app, it returns only 16 results.
If I search for the author last name of one of the missing volumes of the ACCS in the mobile App Library, I still do don’t get any results.
I am connected to the internet.
Anyone have a clue?
I’ve included screenshots that show the total library discrepancy between the web/ desktop app and the mobile app.

Is it a new purchase? You can force a sync in the app from the menu you get swiping in from the right whilst in the library.

Tried it. Problem still persists.

All 30 show up for me, so I'm not sure how to help.

I don't use the mobile. But my first question would be how many of them are loaded onto the mobile device and how many are still in the cloud?

When I filter my mobile library for “Not Downloaded” resources the missing resources are still not showing up.

The easy way to check if it's the app, is install another FL app and the try the library after it finishes.

How do I run a command min the mobile app?

I have re-read your original post, and I stand by the rebuild index as a good thing to try. However: I should point out that you will likely NEVER have agreement between the resource count in desktop, web, and mobile.
- Personal books are not counted in web and mobile
- "free to use" (that you do not own) resources may be limited to either Web or Mobile

Could this be an issue with the mobile app on Logos 8 versus Logos 9?
On my older iPad I am running Logos 8 (unable to upgrade iOS on this device to support Logos 9), whereas on my phone I can run Logos 9. I can see all resources in Logos 9 mobile, but not all of them in Logos 8 mobile. The resource I’m thinking of is a commentary set by Jay Adams.
Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Sometimes resources need an app update. At some point, there WILL be resources unavailable on your older device. However, did you try running the command I suggested earlier?

Thanks for this insight JT. I checked the iPad again and discovered that the "missing" resources are now there. I'm wondering if the resources in question were receiving an app update in the time between my checks. In any event, I'm pleased that they show up. Thanks for mentioning the "Rebuild Index" command, that's a helpful suggestion for the future.
