No, there's no distinction, as the certificate courses are no different from the regular courses. All the certificate part means is that if you complete certain courses, you can also earn a certificate.
For example, you can complete OT101, OT102, or OT201 on its own. If you happen to complete all three of those courses, you would also be eligible for an Old Testament Cornerstone certificate of completion.
