I am not sure the best forum to post this, but the website shopping cart thinks credit cards expire at the beginning of the month instead of the last day of the month.
I have a card on file that expires 11/20 and I can't use it even though it's still valid as the cart it tells me the card has already expired. (credit cards expire at the end of the month in question)
I can call in to make a purchase of course so that is not really the issue, but this seems like something in the shopping cart code that needs fixed/updated as it will affect everyone at some point in time.
