BUG: Refresh problem in Sermon Notebook

Hi there

There appears to be a refresh problem in the Sermon Builder, to reproduce:

1. Open a sermon and go to the sermon notebook tab

2. Open the notebook using the icon with the arrow pointing into the square

3. Add a note to the notebook

Notice that the sermon notebook does not refresh correctly.  In order to refresh it you have to move to the info tab and then back to the notebook.
