Advice for tagging topics in Sermon Builder

I'm trying to switch from Word to Sermon Builder.  I'm trying to learn the best ways to tag topics from my sermon outline so that it will be easily found later in Logos.

Any advice?

1.  I had mistakenly thought I could create my own tags (whatever I typed in would become a tag), but I guess I have to select from what's already in Logos.

2.  I preached last Sunday about Revelation 2:1-7 and the church at Ephesus.  So I've tagged Revelation 2:1-7 in the Passages section.  How should I tag the church in Ephesus?  A couple options come up:  "Church at Ephesus" and "Ephesus Church."  Which is better?  Anybody with experience know which tag would make it more likely for me to find later?

3.  Speaking of finding it later, how do y'all do that?  Do most people use the Passage Guide > "Your Content" section?

Thanks!

    That is correct

In that passage, it is tagged as Church at Ephesus so I would use that

They are found in the Sermons section of the Passage Guide

    or of the Topic Guide

I expect that sometime in the future they will appear in the Sermons section of the Factbook Tool

Graham, I want to learn from your best practices! I'm teaching a series on Fruit of the Spirit and doing my lesson notes in SB. This week I am doing "Goodness" and when I type "Goodness" in the Topics field I am prompted with both a theme and a topic. Is it preferable to select one/both?

This week I am doing "Goodness" and when I type "Goodness" in the Topics field I am prompted with both a theme and a topic.

It looks as though Goodness itself is shown as a Topic, whereas Character is the match giving the Preaching Theme. Are you seeing the same thing?

(My screenshot is from a system I haven't upgraded to Logos 9 yet)

If so, I would go with the Topic so it shows up in the Sermons area of a Topic Guide on that Topic

Thanks for your input and rationale. In this example the "character" is an option of "Goodness Theme" I seem to recall other examples where theme and topic were imuch closer (e.g. God:Love theme and God's Love topic) and I am unclear of the difference as used by Faithlife. e.g. in a few weeks I will search for inspiration for the American holiday of Thanksgiving, If I start in the Sermon Starter Guide and the opening dialogue asks to enter a preaching theme. (Which the dialogue describes as "topical themes") so I'm confused.
