The following procedure no longer works in Logos 9 on macOS:

Creating a Shortcut for a Word doc

  • You can create a shortcut to a Word document in Logos:
    1. Open Window’s File Explorer, or macOS Finder, so that it is on top of the Logos window, and its toolbar is visible.
    2. Locate your file and drag it to the Shortcuts bar.
    3. If you click on the new shortcut, Logos will open the document in the Word application.
  • This method would also work with documents from apps like Excel and PowerPoint.
