Reported originally in 9.0 SR-2, this problem still occurs in beta 1
On Mac, 10.15.7...
1) Maximize Verbum to full screen
2) Open Exegetical Guide (happens with other guides too) so that it is full screen within Verbum
3) Enter any passage to bring up the results
4) Attempt to click Add in the top right corner of the exegetical guide window, to select new sections.
You will see Add is unable to come up due to the guide being maximized.
