Custom Highlight Style Not Working

My custom highlight pallette and the keyboard shortcuts I assigned to the highlights are no longer working on Logos 8 macOS. The same custom highlights work just fine in the iPadOS version. Other highlight styles like Emphasis Markup and even other custom pallettes work fine. Any thoughts about how to get my custom highlight pallette and keyboard shortcuts working again?

Do you mean that when you apply them nothing happens, or that they appear incorrectly.

Do you have the custom palette putting highlights into a specific notebook? If so, is that notebook enabled in the visual filter menu for the resource?
