So my whole staff has Logos 9 now and we want to plan our yearly preaching schedule - who's preaching about what. Can you share the Sermon Manager? It seems to me that you can, because you have a section in it called "Private Notes."
Not yet but I believe they are working on this feature.

At minimum typing it twice if you put the information in the faithlife/google calendar and then use that calendar for your team. Unfortunately it won't be dynamic unless you also update both.
I was just contemplating this need and it's the only workaround I can fathom.
