Sync error

Hey all,

I noticed today that I have a sync error. I followed the steps in https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007917952-Error-During-Synchronization but the error persists. After enabling logging, I found that the problem has been occurring for more than a month. Here's the most recent error from the log file. My Logos software shows no clippings, while documents.logos.com has a bunch. What now?

    Hi Tim,

    If there is nothing in the app I would first check the clippings are showing in https://app.logos.com/documents, then if they are showing I would

    1. Close Logos and wait for it to exit fully.
    2. Move the Clippings folder C:\Users\Tim\AppData\Local\Logos\Documents\qxzutspd.u0i\Documents\Clippings to your desktop
    3. Reopen Logos and let it sync the clippings back from the web.

    If you are all happy with that then delete the desktop clippings folder.

    Alas, no joy.

    I still get the same sync error after following the steps outlined. Log files attached. Does anyone have further recommendations?

    I would contact Faithlife and point them to this thread, send them the logs etc.

    I would not want to advise anything else without knowing for sure that all your other documents/notes etc have been successfully synced to the server.
