Logos 9 - Clippings

Can you use "Clippings" to house information that is not based in Logos? If you can what is the process, especially concerning putting information from the internet into "clippings"?

It depends on what you mean, but probably not in the way you intend.

If you have a clipping, there are Two steps: 1) Cut 2) Paste. The clippings, however, are really designed to be "clippings from your Logos resources." The clipping will still be tied to the original resource. You can't create an original clipping from a website.

I should have also added: Either notes or a personal book would be better suited for gathering misc. material.
