Bugs on the iPod Touch, Second Generation
iOS4 Bug - When you first open the app and select your bible reading plan, it doesn't go to the plan but instead displays what was last read. You have to go back to the reading plan and then select it again.
Bugs on previous versions of the OS:
1. If you try to "Add to Favorites" more than once, it doesn't always save them. In fact, it rarely saves the favorites you select.
2. Scripture reading plan using the Holman Christian Bible. It the reading plan ends in the middle of a chapter the first line of the next verse under the end of reading bar is scrunched over to the left. This only happens with the Holman Christian Bible.
3. Problem with Morning and Evening header formating. It says "Go To Morning ReadingEvening, July 12" Then the scripture reference is on the right side of the screen.
Annoyances:
1. News - This is not current and there is no way to select whether or not you want to view it. I rarely look at it because it changes so infrequently.
2. Notes - As noted (slight pun) by others, this is a major missing item. I take notes in Bible studies using PocketBible, which I've been using for years and years.
Blessings:
1. This has still revolutionized my Bible reading. I started three Bible reading plans (OT in one year sans Ps & Prov; NT in one year; Ps & Prov in six months) in October and have not missed a day. That has never happened before in my walk with Christ these 30+ years.
May the Lord richly bless your work. Oh, and I love Logos 4 on the desktop.
