How do I do this using Windows 10?

Does this just move them to the notebook or does it recreate the note inside the notebook?

It moves them - notes can't be in more than one notebook.
Are you trying to achieve something different?

No. Just wanted to know if the notes were to be found in both places. I do have a problem with moving my notes. I cannot figure out how to select more than one note so as to move them to a notebook. I am used to using shift+page down/up to select more than one. What is the secret?

Try using Shift-Click or Ctrl/Cmd-Click

Is it necessary after selecting them to click on the "apply changes" on the right?
Also, regarding my notes in Wordsearch: Will Logos COPY the notes into Logos or MOVE them? I truly wish to have my notes still in Wordsearch after they appear in Logos.

Yes - you need to select them, make the changes you want and then Apply changes

I would expect they would copy them as opposed to move them. This is inline with what Bradley says at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/193803/1116920.aspx#1116920 when he refers to importing notes.
