Bug? Multiple links created when a note is added to a devotional

This was originally raised  at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/195955.aspx 

A note created on some text in a devotional ends up with two links:

  • one goes to the highest prioritised devotional in the Logos library
  • the other goes to the devotional used when creating the note

This sounds like a bug to me.
