Android Logos App Reading Reminder

I have a "Reading Reminder" set in my Android Logos app, but I am not receiving the notification.

I have my phone set to "Do Not Disturb" in the mornings until after I finish my devotions.  I know that should prevent the notification from making a sound, but is that preventing the notification completely?  How do I fix this?
