why do I get the message "unavailable"

I have been doing a few things in Logos 8 and have seen this on a few different occasions and I'm curious why I keep getting content is unavailable?

For instance, when I open up a passage guide there are a few sections like "important passages" and "important words" that are grayed out and say this section is currently unavailable.

Also, when I try to open a "sermon" doc it is also grayed out and says this document type is currently unavailable. 

Why am I seeing this is various places in logos?

    It may be that the "level" of Logos you have purchased (base package) does not support those particular features

    What Logos 8 base package or feature set do you have?

    Did you use to have a Faithlife Connect subscription that has now lapsed?
