With Chromebooks gaining steam rapidly this year, it would make a lot of sense for Logos to have a real solution for them.
I have tried using the Android app on my chromebook, but I would characterize it as weird in that setting. It works fine for my phone, but in the chromebook setting it has some quirks. One example is that clicking on the download icon to download books in my library. The download icon is very small and easy to miss. It would make it much simpler to have an option to download the entire library to the system, just like on the windows version.
I have not spent a ton of time with the web version, but that may be what I will need to do.
There are Android apps out there that are specifically made to work well with ChromeOS. One example is Krita. It's an art app, so I know it's not a direct comparison, but my point is that there should be some sort of solution for ChromeOS, as this is a well-known and popular system at this time.
