Startup Skip Download
ended up reinstalling windows because it was buggy.( not that this is not normal ) LOL..
When I first set up the laptop, my C drive was partitioned. I have my apps installed on the partitioned d drive, including logos. I thought that I would not have to download my library again if I needed to reinstall. However, when I opened logos, it wants me to download the library again. Yet folder the app is installed in shows 80 gigs, which means my library is there. How can I bypass this screen to locate my library, so I do not have to download files I already have?

Somebody will be along to tell you that the information is in the wiki and, if they are nice, provide a link.
They might tell you if following the instructions will redirect the program or create a second copy of your library.
It is my understanding that the supported installation of Logos is with the Engine and the Resources on the same drive. If you want to keep them on separate partitions you might need to be careful.

On my Mac, I once moved my library to an external drive that I was using to test beta system software. I downloaded Logos to the new system, and let it start downloading resources. I then quit the app, and went looking for where it wanted to put the Logos4 folder (which is still the main folder for Logos today). I copied the entire Logos4 folder from my original installation to the new location. When it was done Logos started up without a qualm, and ran perfectly well.
I don't know if simply copying the folder on Windows would be sufficient, or if Windows itself requires other operations to take place as well.
