BUG: Table of Contents & Report Typo

I have a custom daily reading plan I made before L9, and I always have the table of contents open. Just today I had these two sets of arrows appear. They are larger and grayed out arrows that are clearly not intended to be there. Never happened before.

Also, the dark mode made the report typo feature very difficult to use.

The reading plan bit is unrelated.

The arrows are supposed to be there... but not two sets. They are "carrots" so that you can dig down into other layers of the TOC.
