Yes, but it is not optimized. I am unaware of any M1 specific issues, but there may be some.

I have just reported to Logos and Verbum recurring and several bugs using Verbum Software on a new Mac Mini Desktop (M1 SOC, 16 Gig, 2 TB) with Big Sur OS. Please advise as to this situation.
