Broken hyperlinks in Workflows

Is anybody else experiencing broken links in workflows?

I have a few hyperlinks that are supposed to open guides or bookmarked searches. Unfortunately we get a new window that only says “Unable to Load Guide.”

    3 bump

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

    Be specific about these hyperlinks.

The links are to specific guides, for example:

    Biblical Theologies: logos4:Guide;t=System_Guide_Customizations:_Biblical_Theologies_(Bible_Reference)

    Confessional Documenst: logos4:Guide;t=System_Guide_Customizations:_Confessional_Documents_(Bible_Reference)

    Commentaries Guide: logos4:Guide;t=COMMENTARY_COLLECTIONS

I use hyperlinks as a work around in Workflows to open up tools and specific guides beyond what is built in to workflows. I also use hyperlinks for a shortcut to guides that I do not utilize every time I utilize the workflow, thus taking up way too much real estate (i.e. Journals, confessional documents).

This is the actual workflow where the problem has presented itself.

I should also specify that I am not experiencing this issue, but my coworker who downloaded my workflow is. He is running L9 Silver on a Windows 10 computer. I'm running L9.1.0.0008 With a L8 Silver Library on macOS Big Sur.

For what it's worth, integrating Factbook directly in to workflow and offering an expand/collapse option for guides and read specific resources (i.e. ESV Study Bible) within workflow would largely eliminate my need for hyperlinks.

This is the key thing here I think

It looks as though you are using custom guides and collections which your coworker does not have access to

I thought that might be the case too, so I rebuilt his links with guides in his library and it still didn’t work. Even links to tools and resources that I know he has in his library are not working. 🤷‍♂️
