Alpha 25 Scrolling speed/responsiveness is much improved :)

It's been great to see the impovement as the alpha comes along. The last couple hadn't worked for me due to the issue now resolved in the "no gui action" thread, so I don't know if the improved scrolling speed showed up in one of the last couple builds, but it's great for me now.
