App crash when downloading course media

I have issues with downloading the course media for some of the courses, for example PC255 Biblical Principles for Diversity and Reconciliation.

The issue seems to occur with only very few courses, but if it occurs, then it happens on all of my devices (Fire Tablet and Samsung Galaxy).
