How to make a particular Search
I would like to be able to search in Everything the relationship between "grace" and "thanksgiving" not just the individual words but the concept of "the relationship between grace and thanksgiving." Thank you.

I think Factbook is your best resource. Look for Grace and then Thanksgiving (Cultural Ont & Preaching Theme).
You can also explore them in Bible Sense Lexicon.
I didn't get much from Everything. A search of All Resources for grace NEAR thanksgiving was better (although you might exclude bibles with * -type:bible).

Thank you, Dave.
Factbook did not help me, which I had previously tried, because a search with both words was not possible.
Your second suggestion will require much time for me to understand how to apply and given my schedule may be awhile before I tackle that.
I had a better result with your third suggestion even if it didn't get at the core issue of what is the relationship between "grace' and "thanksgiving." BTW, I did the search as you suggested but still got a lot of hits from Bibles, as shown below.

Attachments/screenshots should be uploaded using the paper-clip icon.
the * -type:bible is entered in the search box of the Resources heading.

What did I do wrong?
As per Dave's post above, you need to enter the "* -type:bible" string in the All Resources area not in the search string itself. When you have entered the string, select the option just below it showing how many resources you have in your library that are not tagged as Bibles

Glad this topic came up... is there a video where I can go to learn about how to do searchers like searching my library? Or searching just the Bible or Not the Bible?
I am finding that I don't know how to search in Logos... I got lots of information, but need to go back to basics and learn how to find it. I "thought I knew" but....
Thanks

There are a number of search-related videos in the Desktop Training area - see https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/search?utf8=✓&query=search
