Thanks for your reply. I own the course, TH321, but it is still locked (showing that I do not own it) in the course tool. I want to use it in the course tool to track my progres. I hope this additional description explains what I’m experiencing and that my request is really that it’d be accessible in the course tool. It does not appear to be unlocked/available to me.

I was able to open the course from both the course tool and the library pane by typing TH321 in the library search box. Out of curiosity, which method were you trying to use?

It opens from the library pane, but the course tool does not recognize that I own the course, and shows the lock icon. I've restarted and indexed.

On a more careful reading of your post I "think" I understand your issue (not how to fix it, just what the issue is).

You could try to use the library tool to remove the files from your device and re-download them, but I am guessing that it will take a call to C.S.
