KYLE: type & index of Boyd's Bible Dictionary
Boyd's Bible Dictionary, formerly an eBook, now in the process of being transferred into a Logos Research Edition has been put into the type:dictionary - however, this type in Logos' usage is meant to refer only to living-language lexicons (like Merriam-Webster, Oxford English Dictionary). As a bible dictionary, this should be put into the type:encyclopedia.
Moreover, such a functional type requires the respective index - with this resource a specific challenge since the resource doesn't contain the headwords in text form, but in the form of small pictures. This index has not been built yet - I do hope this will be produced in the near future.
It seems to be that the team working on processing the enormous number of former WordSearch resources (and community tags imply that Boyd's Bible Dictionary belongs to those) is eager to update the edition from eBook to Logos Research (as we see also with the "exalting Jesus in..." bible commentaries which - in my opinion rightly - still are type:monograph) and other metadata.
