I am unable to enter or select a file for the Passage List merge - dead in water.

From your screenshot it looks like you have correctly selected a list. Otherwise, the choices under step 2 would appear disabled. Have you clicked on one of the options under step 2?

How many Passage Lists does that account have? I don't see an issue in choosing additional Passage Lists, but my account has several Passage Lists.
