Dark Mode & Tables in Resources

I wish I could find one location where Dark Mode issues are aggregated, because I hate to accidentally repeat what others have noted.

But I'm frequently running into unreadable/nearly unreadable table headers in resources.  Here's my latest example. And these tables are likewise tough to read in the mobile app:
