Factbook article for Council of Laodicea is empty, even though I have dictionary articles on the topic
That is a Timeline Event and, looking at an event that does return results, it looks as though the Factbook entries are limited to biblical passages, media and where it fits in the biblical timeline - as well as links to other related tools / guides
If that is all these events are intended to show in the Factbook, that would explain why you are not seeing anything for your search.
I don't know if that is how it is designed though - it could be that the associated data hasn't been linked in yet
