Anyone else have problems with pulling up the wrong info. It usually pulls up the info for the word next to the one I want.

Try deleting the resource and using it "in the cloud." If that works, redownload the resource.
Could I just download the resource again? I'm not sure how to use it in the "cloud." Thanks for your help.

What JT is suggesting is that you remove it from your device and try the lookup again.
This will still access the resource but instead of accessing it on your device, it will access it on Logos servers ("the cloud")
If that works correctly, try downloading the resource to your device again and testing there.
Does that help clarify?

Graham explained it well, but to be explicit: When you have not downloaded a resource you access it "in the cloud." This is another way of saying that you access it "from the internet."
Many features of the mobile app are dependent on the "internet cloud" (Faithlife Servers). I believe that your problem is that there is a disconnect between what you have downloaded and what is "in the cloud." The original language data is NOT download on mobile for the RI's, but is only ever accessed "in the cloud." If there is a disconnect somewhere, you will end up seeing what you are seeing. Simply deleting the resource from your device will force the app to utilize BOTH the resource AND the reverse interlinear data from their servers. Downloading the book again after doing so should make everything work right once again.

It's done that for several years. Comes and goes. My impression, judging from the pixel delta, it gets mixed up on platform screen-size somewhere in the code. Last time for me, was last week. The other similar issue, is where it suddenly forgets how to highlight.
Thanks, Denise. I may just have to put up with it. I will work on it some more, though. What is the quote about the fallen angels, meaning and source? Thanks, again.
