Servant Keeper's BIGGEST downfall has always been their customer support. If you can get in touch with them they're nice, but that's a big if.

Who do we go to now for SK customer support?

Specifically, SK8 will not open on my mac. I'm running SK 8.0.13 on macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 Beta

I don't think we have SK staff monitoring these forums (since we didn't want to change how existing customers get support unnecessarily).

I saw a note internally about SK8 incompatibility with Big Sur, but I don't know anything further. I'll ask if we have any more information.
