Prioritize Outline resources?

Is there a way to prioritize the order of resources that show up in the Outlines section of the Passage Guide? Many if not al appear to be Commentaries, but they are not using the Commentary prioritization. They actually seem to be alphabetical in order.

    It does not appear to be able to be customized.
