DATA bug: Text of Jeremiah 18:18 misclassified

In selecting the Literary Type: Psalm, Complaint I expected the text of Jeremiah 18:19-23 to be considered the psalm/complaint. I did not expect Jeremiah 18:18 which is the plotting against Jeremiah to be included. Am I correct that this is an error in classification?

This classification comes from the Tooman Literary Type Analysis of the Old Testament. Given that this type analysis groups verses into larger units,  there are sometimes transitional verses included in a larger unit.
