Visual Filters menu missing in NASB

Any idea why my Visual Filters menu is missing the section for visual filters in my Bible panels. I have dozens of visual filters and use them all the time, but ever since Logos 9 the section of the Visual filers menu with the check boxes for visual filters is often non existent in the Bible panel. The list of available visual filters ends with Passage Lists in all versions.

Every now and then, the options for visual filters will appear for a time but often only in some versions and not others. (I am aware that which versions the filters work in are specified in the filter settings themselves. They are set correctly.)

If this is just a bug with my install what is recommended to fix it. Trying to study and my normal workflow uses these filters heavily.

Which NASB you are referring to - the old NASB that came with the WordSearch library?

If your VFs refer to Greek lemmas, morphology and such stuff, they won't show in the old NASB since it has no RI dataset and therefor no linkage to the underlying Greek.

I expect if you build a VF that displays based on surface text, the VF section of the VF menu will become visible and show this VF

There was little, if any, change in the Visual Filters section between L8 and L9. If you could provide a screen shot of a visual filter and of a Bible that does not show it, we might be able to figure out what's gone awry.

As I mentioned I have been using these visual filter for a long time. The NASB95 has the RI info - the visual filter section problem is not just connected to that version. Thanks though

In doing more research I have discovered that is I have the RESOURCE section of the Visual Filters menu expanded the list stops at Passage lists and no visual filter section is available. Scrolling shows nothing after Passage Lists. IF I collapse the RESOURCE section of the menu - the visual filter section appears and is functional.

For me on Win 10 the Resource menu being expanded or collapsed makes no difference. Do you have any scaling selected?

Yes - I have Program Scaling set to 90% - when I change it back to 100% the problem is resolved. Thanks for the help MJ. You always do a great job of helping in here!

I've created a case for this. Thanks for reporting it.
