BUG watching Verbum 360, audio-video sync issues/performance issue
I am about halfway through the videos, and I have noticed it really struggles frequently with what I suspect is the video download. The audio easily gets 1/2 to 1 second ahead of the video, and the sync circle gets the red exclamation point (this is the Mac version of Verbum):

I think the audio-video sync issues and the sync error are related, it doesn't happen any other time that I have seen. Once I close the Verbum 360 videos, sync has no problems.

Does downloading the videos in advance solve the problem?

Am I able to download just one video? I thought I could only download all in the series, and I didn't want to do that for several reasons...
It never stutters, or freezes - it's just out of sync. And guaranteed the red exclamation point will pop up when playing it, sooner or later, and not go away until the pane is closed.

Exactly how does one go about downloading the videos?
The only thing that downloads for me is the transcript and that links to Faithlife TV to play the videos.

Hi Tim, to download all the videos, you can to to the three vertical dots in the upper right hand corner to open up the resource menu, and then choose download all media.
But my recommendation would be to watch them on YouTube. The video is smoother, so you shouldn't have any issues there, Pater Noster, and you also get the chapter divisions. The playlist is here: Verbum 360 Training Videos - YouTube

Thank you Fr Devin. I must admit I never thought to look there. I have watched a few of them on YouTube. They stream nicely from YouTube.

I too am having trouble playing the videos AFTER downloading them. (I always download all my media) The Advanced Search and Training videos work just fine. My library shows these videos as downloaded and the only selection on the menu is Delete Downloaded Media. All of my other downloaded media plays just fine. This is the only one I'm having issues with. I'm on a Mac mini M1 running Big Sur. (11.1).
