Divergent upgrade prices...confused and need help
I'm considering upgrading to get the full feature set (I've already upgraded to L9 but only at a partial feature set level).
On my L9 Reformed silver page, I get this price-
In my shopping cart, this is what shows-
What's going on? I think someones throwing me a curve ball but I can't figure out what it is. I am not terribly interested in a library upgrade; I want to be sure to get the full feature set...but the difference in price between the full feature set upgrade and the Reformed Silver upgrad is only about fifteen bucks, and for that I'm completing one of my commentary sets which was short three or four volumes (the REC).
I've triple-checked...the Ref Silver page says it comes with the full feature set. So why is it showing so much lower a price in my cart than on my dynamic price page?

I'm by no means an upgrade expert, but a few points:
- Ref. Silver doesn't come with the full feature set but the Silver feature set.
- I think the price is lower in the cart because it's just for the library and not the feature set. I tried putting it in my cart (I've not upgraded to L9 at all yet), and it just says "L9 Reformed Silver". So, apparently it thinks you already have a feature set and thus removes it from the cart? Did you buy one already? Do you have Connect?

One other question: What is your Silver Features upgrade price?

Are you a Faithlife Connect member? That's the only reason I could think that it would only add the library to your cart but give you the full price in the store.
You should get the same price in both places unless you're a Connect member. But even if you are a connect member you should have been given the option to EITHER add the Library plus Feature Upgrade OR just the Library Upgrade. Do you remember having to select an option before it added it to your cart?

And if it matters, that page with the $99.43 price is the one I get if I right click on the $61.02 item in my shopping cart and open it in a new tab.

Which is another point of confusion because the upgrade page says it does (come with the full feature set). But that's confusing as well because the "Feature Set" comes with some subset called "Features" and some other subsets. It is the "Features" subset in which I'm interested, and Silver is the same as Gold.

Yes, I bought the Reformed Bronze the week it came out. Because of the confusing lists of what one gets at each level, I missed that I wasn't getting a couple of the feature set items I wanted. Faithlife marketing is great at aggressive selling, but can be real head-scratchers on clear communication.

Should I just buy the $61 upgrade in my shopping cart and *hope* it includes the feature upgrade that it says it does? Or am I going to get burned by the marketing folks *again*?

And to pile on, how would I find out my dynamic price on the Full Feature upgrade *after having bought* the Reformed Silver upgrade, assuming this one includes the Silver Feature upgrade?

I can't see that - where does it say that?

In Features yes, but not in Datasets. Have you checked there aren't any datasets you want you would be missing?
And Mark's question earlier is a good one. What is your price for the Silver Feature Upgrade - https://www.logos.com/product/195569/logos-9-silver-feature-upgrade?httproute=True

Or would it be smarter to pay $129.68 for the Full Feature upgrade and then see what my dynamic price would be on the Reformed Silver?

If I were trying to work out those types of scenarios I would contact Sales and ask them.
I would recommend that and see what they tell you.

Well, apparently, even though the Reformed Silver upgrade says it has the Silver Feature upgrade, it doesn't. I went ahead and bought the $65 Ref Silver Upgrade in my cart and it downloaded some resources, but the Full Feature upgrade price didn't move an inch, and the dynamic Compare page shows I own the Reformed Silver but says I do not own the Silver Feature upgrade.

I had to spend $65 buck to find out their page is wrong.

I gave them a call. After listening to my story, the sales rep immediately transferred me to Support.
The support rep told me I need to wait.
So I'm waiting. Not sure on what...Godot ain't gonna show.

Called sales back and got a very helpful rep (Brandon Hart). He's fixing it. I'm returning Reformed Silver (which is a library upgrade ONLY, in spite of what the sales page says) and purchasing the Full Feature upgrade.
I was told I can add the Ref Silver library upgrade at the same price later if I want it. There's no change in dynamic price either way because (in spite of what the sales page says) the Ref Silver upgrade is library only, so no features exchanged hands.
Thankful for a helpful, kind, and understanding sales rep! Highly recommend him!!
