Default Logos font does not render common phonetic symbols

I like the Default Logos font, but it does not have many common phonetic symbols. Therefore, there are many symbols that do not render in the Logos Desktop App. They really should choose a default font that has a wide range of symbols, because it affects the perceived quality of many resources such as reference grammars.

I checked, and for the example below the phonetic symbols do render correctly in the "Default" font on the Mobile App. I also tried many other fonts, and they almost all seem to render these symbols correctly.

Does anyone know what the Default desktop font and mobile app font is? Does anyone have any preferred fonts?
