Only if you have purchased an update. The free upgrade will be available sometime early next year.
The software engine is always free, but a significant amount of Faithlife's revenue comes from the sale of "libraries" and "feature sets." When Faithlife releases new major versions, they release new "libraries" and "feature sets" concurrently. To encourage sales, the new software engine isn't available at launch without a purchase. As MJ noted, the free software will be available sometime next year.
There is one exception: If you have a "Faithlife Connect" subscription, you gain access immediately. If you are OK with renting features rather than "owning" them, Faithlife Connect is a more economical way to go. NOTE: once you stop subscribing, you lose access to any paid features which you don't own.
